Tizona Sport Club opens in Pozuelo de Alarcón with a lighting solution designed specifically for padel

The new generation of sports clubs is no longer defined solely by the number of courts or the quality of its facilities. The playing experience, integration with the surrounding environment and the intelligent application of technology are now part of a single vision. Guided by this philosophy, Tizona Sport Club has opened in Pozuelo de Alarcón as a new destination dedicated to padel, where every element has been carefully designed to deliver an exceptional standard of quality from day one.

Set within a natural environment, the club features 12 padel courts, including 11 covered courts and one outdoor centre court. From the earliest stages of the project, lighting was conceived as an integral part of the facility rather than as an additional feature, ensuring consistent playing conditions throughout the day and into the evening.

To achieve this, Led Projects developed a lighting solution specifically engineered for padel, based on sport-specific optics and a lighting layout designed to maximise uniformity across the entire playing surface. The installation incorporates six-metre curved columns, a configuration that helps minimise glare and unwanted reflections while enhancing visual comfort both on court and throughout the access and circulation areas.

The club’s official opening brought together industry professionals, partners and collaborators for the launch of a venue created to become a benchmark for padel in the Community of Madrid. Representing Led Projects, CEO and Co-founder Juan Antonio Pérez joined the Tizona Sport Club team to mark this important milestone.
