Our show lighting takes centre stage at the BamVolea launch
Our show lighting played an active role in the presentation of BamVolea at Ciudad de la Raqueta, one of its flagship venues, held on 22 January in Madrid, with the presence of our CEO, Juan Antonio Pérez Gómez, during a day that combined sport, entertainment and networking. At Led Projects, we believe that lighting not only supports the game, but also defines the overall experience.
The event brought together multiple formats — a Pro-Am tournament, an exhibition match featuring top-level players such as Paquito Navarro, a tennis clinic led by the ESS Feliciano López Academy, and a live music finale — within a setting where every detail was designed to reinforce the positioning of the new brand. In this context, the show court became one of the main focal points.
Our intervention focused on the implementation of a show lighting system designed not only to ensure optimal playing conditions, but also to create a visual environment aligned with the event’s concept. The solution combined lighting uniformity and glare control with a staging approach capable of following the rhythm of the day, adding dynamism and enhancing the overall experience.
BamVolea emerges as a new brand bringing together 14 padel and tennis clubs, positioning itself as the world’s largest operator by number of courts. With more than 250 facilities across six provinces — Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Valencia, León and Marbella — its proposal goes beyond sport, placing the club as a space for connection, community and leisure.
For us, being part of this type of event means contributing to a way of understanding sport where lighting plays a structural role, not only in performance, but also in spatial perception and in the experience of those who engage with it in real operating environments.
